How do I use E-Ticket?

When your transaction is completed, the E-Ticket(s) with barcode will be sent to your corresponding e-mail during the check-out phase for printing. It includes the instruction of redeeming E-Ticket for travelling easily!

 

What does the Price Include?

All the inclusion listed under the product item are included.

 

What is the Expired Period of the E-Ticket purchased?

-All E-Ticket (Open Date Tiekct) from e-ticket.xqholidays will have a validity of 6 MONTHS from the date of purchase in the purchase invoice.

-The ticket can be redeemed at ANY time from the moment of purchase as long as the redemption is made within 180 days.

-Tickets that require a booking date will ONLY be valid on the selected date as per your order.

 

Do I need to Print the E-Ticket(s)?

-For almost all attractions in e-ticket.xqholidays, no physical representation of the BARCODE is required.

-The BARCODE will be accepted as long as it can be scanned at the reception counter for the respective participating attractions.

-For example, BARCODE image in your mobile-phone, PDF, Email, physical printout, etc will all be accepted.

-For some attractions that do require a printed copy of the voucher, it will be clearly stated on the attraction page and e-mail received.

 

Haven’t receive E-Ticket(s) via Email?

-Kindly contact us via the “Go To Enquiries” feature on the lower left bottom if you still did not receive your email after 30-mins from the moment of purchase.

-We will attend to you as soon as we possibly can, however, do also allow us 24-hours to get back to you in the worst possible scenario.

 

Is it Safe?

Please be rest assured that it is 100% safe to purchase from e-ticket.xqholidays as we do not store your banking/credit-card purchase info on our site. All payments are securely handled by iPay88 payment gateways directly.

 

Can I cancel my Booking?

No cancellation is allow. Please remember to check the Product’s Terms and Conditions policy before making any booking.
