Good-To-Know
1. Be at Royal Yacht Club Jetty 30 minutes before departure time.
2. Please bring along a towel, motion sickness pills should have travel or seasickness.
3. All cruise packages are subject to weather conditions. The cruise schedule and activities may change due to weather or unseen circumstances.
4.Please check avaibility with us before booking.
5. Please provide name, ic/passport details for insurance purposes.

2. This is NOT an open date ticket and the ticket can only be used on the selected participant date.
3. Tour schedule is subject to change without any prior notice in accordance with weather conditions for your safety. In such case, refund amount is based on operator courtesy. The company will not be held responsible for adverse unforeseen weather conditions, involving rough seas and poor visibility.
4. Booking is non-transferable; No cancellation, change date or refund can be made once confirmed.
5. Be at Royal Yacht Club Jetty 30 minutes before departure time.
6. Latecomer will not be entertained.
7. The price for 12 pax and maximum capacity is 20 pax, additional pax will be charged RM200/pax.

2. Once payment is completed you will receive an e-ticket via email for your booking confirmation.
3. In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your spam folder or notify us via email.
4. Please provide a photocopy of each guest's IC / Passport along with their booking number at least 1 business day prior to the activity. Please send these to booking@xqholidays.com.my or by replying to the same booking confirmation email with your documents to secure your desired chosen date.
5. You will receive an email confirmation of booking availability within 1 business day.
6. You must present the e-ticket (printed/mobile) at the counter before proceeding with the tour.
7. The ticket validity before 30 December 2023.
