Rates

Rates are for a minimum of 24 hours rental. Additional hours will be calculated once hirer return the car. Rates include unlimited mileage, maintenance, passenger liability protection and insurance ( Collision Damage Reduction Policy). Rates are in Ringgit Malaysia. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

All paid bookings cannot be cancelled and payments made are non-refundable.

Driver's Age And Licence Requirements

XQ recognize all Malaysia Driving Licence . Foreigner may use International Driving Licence or official translation authorize pass in English. The renter and additional drivers must be between 20 years old and above, held valid licence of at least 2 years. Probational licence holders will not be accepted.XQreserves the right to decline hirer whose driving licence carries an endorsement.

Fuel

Every XQ Holidays Sdn Bhd vehicle is rented out with a full tank of fuel and must be returned the same. Otherwise the renter will be charged for a refill upon return based on XQ Holidays Sdn Bhd fuel tariffs.

Parking Fees And Traffic Fines

The Renter is liable for all parking ,traffic fines, court cost and other expenses incurred for the duration of the rental. XQ Holidays Sdn Bhd retains the right to contact hirer and charge  due for traffic fines committed by the renter, upon receiving notification from the government authorities.

Extension Of Rental

Should the renter wish to extend the rental or appoint any additional drivers, it is compulsory to advise XQ Holidays . Failure to do so means the hirer is driving vehicles without CDR coverage. 

Vehicle Condition

Vehicles is the property of XQ Holidays and is in good condition order and mechanical condition. Hirer shall drive and maintain vehicle in a cautions and prudent manner and return to vehicles, together with tyres, spare wheel and jacks and other supplementary accesories and equipment, in the same condition as when received ordinary wear and tear expected.Failing which, the renter will be liable for the cost of restoring the vehicle to its original condition.

Prohibited Odours

All items and goods discharging unpleasant odours are strictly forbidden from being carried in the vehicle (e.g. Durians, salted fish etc). The renter will be liable to reimburse XQ Holidays on demand for all costs of eliminating such odours, including the servicing of the whole air conditioner system and the loss of rental days to XQ Holidays. Please be advised that smoking in XQ Holidays vehicles is strictly prohibited.

Key Deposit
In addition to the rent charges, the customer is responsible to pay a deposit RM500 for Mini Cooper. We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement if the customer fails to make payment at the time specified. The deposit is an equivalent as a guarantee of proper usage of the vehicle for the entire duration of the contract, a sum which will be reimbursed if no damage is notified. Deposit should be paid upon collect the car and will be refunded to the renter account after the car returned.
